When there’s a problem between employer and employee, it can be stressful and both sides need to feel heard and fairly treated.

We work with parties at every stage of the employment process, whether it’s proactively drafting and reviewing employment agreements, reviewing packages, or working with parties to resolve differences, and if necessary, raising and defending disputes and personal grievances.

Then, in the event of an employment issue, you’ll have a designated process to follow, to minimise the risk of a successful personal grievance.
